We talk to you via phone or Skype, or meet you in person to learn about your business needs and goals. We need to find out the purpose of the site, who your target customers are and what kind of information they expect to get on your website, as well as your main competitors, what goal you are try to achieve with this project and other valuable information. We are ready to move onto the next phase.

In this phase, we use the results of the marketing research we conducted in Discovery phase. More specifically, we decide on the architecture of the website and the design concepts we will use to boost your brand and to make your website stand out among the competition. At the end of this phase, we will have a well-developed strategy that will help us stay on track while also leaving some room to creativity we may need in the next two phases.

At this stage, our planning turns into visual reality as we kick off custom design of your website. We start with the homepage, determining the style, fonts and colors we will use and once confirmed, applied to other pages. Once the client approves the homepage design, we move onto designing the internal pages. We make sure your unique website is not only visually appealing but is also very user-friendly, and has a consistent and logical flow both in design and copyrighting. We also design a beautiful logo that will be aligned with our client’s brand identity. The new design will be responsive, which means that it will adjusts a website’s appearance with resizing, panning, and scrolling, depending on any platform accessing it – desktop computer, laptop, tablet or mobile device.

Once we are happy with the overall layout of the designed pages, we begin to turn them into functional website. We also incorporate the content throughout the website, including text and images, and optimize it for search engines (SEO) so that the website can be found by potential visitors.

We test the new website in all major browsers and user devices on our own servers. Once the testing is successfully competed and approved by the client, we transfer the website to the client’s web server and test it one last time to make sure all the files have been uploaded completely and the site is functioning properly. Then we launch it. Congratulations! Your website is now live and viewable by the public.
